I'm sorry but why would you want someone to eat it like a vulture? Have you seen a vulture eat? It looks painful.

"Cashless stadiums are inherently exclusionary. If you don’t have a smartphone or a credit card, but would still like to go to a ballgame and have a hot dog, you’re shit out of luck. 7.5 percent of the population is unbanked, and there are millions more who prefer to pay with cash for budgeting reasons. For these people, a cashless stadium represents something of a hostile environment. The benefits of streamlining always come with a cost.
As more businesses around the country stop accepting cash, the undemocratic nature of card-only has become increasingly clear. New York city council member Ritchie J. Torres introduced legislation that would ban businesses from going cashless last year, telling Grub Street:
There are hundreds and thousands of New Yorkers who may have no permanent address or home, and many New Yorkers who are underbanked, either because of poverty or because they lack documentation. Requiring a card is erecting a barrier for low-income New Yorkers—period." https://t.co/oDSqYFEOGC

52. Mobile Stories #1
Sometimes Mr Potato is so on the move that he doesn’t have time to sit down at his laptop, but the daily writing MUST. GO. ON.
And so occasionally I shall write these little Mobile entries on my starchy phone. They’ll be shorter and sadly pictureless, but it’s ongoing with my ideology that even bad writing is writing and I just have to keep the flow.
And while I’m on this moon and trying to sneak out posts from under the worm’s evil gaze, I shall look upon the beautiful Earth that hangs in the distance and say random things it reminds me of.
For example, today it looks a bit like one of those tiny super bouncy balls. You know, those reeeally small ones which if you accidentally drop will go crazy around the room before you stomp it down and reclaim it. It has this wacky multi-textured colour smudged look going on which looks like Earth right now.
Much like Earth, the bouncy ball is a lonely one. Always shooting round by itself, ending up lost and never found.
I feel like one of those balls right now, bouncing around like crazy in an incoherent manner. And that day I stop and roll under someone’s couch? I’ll stay lost, never to find myself on the path I’m hanging onto by my teeth right now.
Hopefully one day I’ll stop though, but hopefully, it’s because someone will catch me.
The weather is crazy. And the people are crazier.
Jill seems to be doing just peachy.

it's a dark time of the year for us. not figuratively, literally, and without any negative connotations. the fasting and more specifically, the lack of caffeine aggravates Mama's migraines, so we turn off all the lights in the house and go about our lives in semi darkness.
we slowly make the switch to being more nocturnal. not in the sense of staying awake all night and sleeping all day, but in the sense that the house is somber during the day. every sound is amplified, we speak in low tones and avoid speaking altogether when possible. we get so sugar drunk at sunset, we laugh at each other so hard we forget what we were gonna say.
