Cutest little funky home. It was built in 2017 in Wellfleet, MA. Has 2bds, 1ba, 840 sq ft, $269k. Land Lease of $592 a month which covers water, septic, garbage, snow removal on roads and town carriage tax. No land taxes. The furnishings are available to buy, also. I like the half-body planter, I wonder how much they want for it.

The kitchen's okay. I'm not really into the cabinets.

This is nice, the washer/dryer fit in the hallway.

The bathroom has a big double shower.

The 2nd bd. is slightly larger.

I love the natural looking gardens.

Look at the little sun room. How pretty is this?

I wonder if you have to buy all the garden items, too. I didn't realize that it's considered a mobile home, b/c you can't really see it. Looks like a house, though.
