Service Dog Fundraiser

Hello Folx!

I've decided to get a puppy to train as my own service dog to help with my mobility and balance issues. I would like to pick up Prince Caspian (my service dog candidate) in January. I’ve been thinking about getting a service dog for a while to mitigate balance issues and falls especially at college and work where I can’t rely on a family member to support me. I was originally looking at going through an organization but they’re so expensive and the wait can be really long that I thought it was best for my finances and time to owner train (with guidance).

Life with a Puppy

Wow! It’s been a long time since I’ve had a puppy. Lol Try 4 years. But it’s so fun.

Bo is keeping Cooper, our lab on his toes. And making me sore. Still, I need to get in shape before I can handle 120 pounds of Great Pyrenean Mountain Dog. The pain won’t hold me back though.

Service Dog, Breed and Breeder found

It's not a "service dog" breeder from what I understand, but I did find what I was looking for.  I'm going to try to stay in contact with them before hand because I told them what I was looking for and they're going to have puppies coming later this summer/early autumn.  So my goal then is to get my deposit in before spring really gets here, though hopefully May at the latest.  I'll be posting more info when I have it.
