ok i have absolutely no idea where mobius chord is going with its plot because things are spiraling out of control but i was not expecting reiya's route to
be like a classic yandere route and also just so detached from everything that happened before? I guess because this is a bad timeline that the MC ends up in, but things just slapped me in the face out of nowhere with how quickly it escalated in chapter 7
in whatever this bad future is, there's some sort of virus that has completely overturned society and made it kind of like post-apocalyptic where Lit can't continue to make music anymore, so the group disbanded.
And Reiya's kidnapped the MC to keep in his house so that she won't be able to leave him, he keeps her wearing just underwear because there's no need to go outside anymore with how ruined the world is/will become, he has a lab set up in his house(????) to make medicine or health supplements to keep them healthy, he's got like the classic yandere empty/no highlights eyes and says things like "I can't continue living if you said you hated me so I'll keep your mouth shut just like this until you say you love me" as he gags her with a cloth and stuff.
(also attempts to dubcon/noncon her at the end of chapter 7, have to wait to see what comes of that)

i think the game just hooked me because this came SO out of left field. i knew reiya had some jealousy/possessiveness issues from a couple of his events but this is absolutely wild
