How the two had met, Okami couldn’t remember or say. What he did know was that the other was innocent. Caspian was also kind and selfless, and Okami knew he should treat him the way Caspian was treating him and yet, he couldn’t help but give the older a hard time.
Treat your elders with respect, his father’s voice pounded in his head, which only irked the young wolf and perhaps was the reason that he gave Caspian such a hard time, much to his dismay.
“I hear there’s some stuff that you can do and it’ll bring some crazy stuff...and if you do fall asleep, the chances of being possessed are much higher. It’s like...opening your body up to the spirits...especially the bad ones who just want to fuck with the world,” Okami said in a serious tone. Was this true? Probably not, but Caspian didn’t need to know that.
“So make sure you stay awake Caspian, you never know what will happen when you close your eyes.”
