A refreshing twist on the classic mojito, this kombucha version adds a tangy and probiotic-rich element to the cocktail, making it a healthier and equally delicious option.
Ingredients: 2 oz white rum. 1 oz fresh lime juice. 1/2 oz simple syrup. 4-6 fresh mint leaves. 2-3 oz kombucha plain or flavored. Ice cubes. Lime wedges and mint sprigs for garnish.
Instructions: Mix mint leaves, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Put ice cubes and white rum in the shaker. Make sure to shake it well until it's cold. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a glass that has ice cubes in it. Add kombucha on top. Put mint sprigs and lime wedges on top. Before serving, stir slowly.
