Is the discord only for kenfetti week or is it open and usef year-round? If that makes sense...

Not to worry, that question makes complete sense! As this is only our second Kenfetti Week ever, and our first with a Discord server, the community of Kenfetti enthusiasts we've built thus far is small enough that we see no reason to restrict the server use to only around the time of Kenfetti Week itself. We may be small in number, but our love for these two absolute disaster men is strong and never-ending, and we hope that members feel comfortable discussing all things Kenfetti whenever the mood strikes, even when Kenfetti Week is over!

For those who haven't yet seen but have gleaned from this post, Kenfetti Week 2022 now has a Discord server! As last year was our first year doing Kenfetti Week, we weren't sure how much interest there would be, so we didn't want to commit to making an entire server that wouldn't get much use. Since you asked, though!

Obi-Wan swallowed, because Fett had been making it more and more clear what he wanted from Obi-Wan. If it hadn’t been Ventress’ head on his doorstep, then it had been three padawans, completely untouched and dropped on the Negotiator when their Masters had been killed, love notes written on flimsi clenched in their hands. It was a macabre, ugly courtship. But Obi-Wan wasn’t fool enough to not recognize that it was, indeed, a courtship.

But they were at war, and if not rebuffing Fett’s courtship kept a few padawans alive longer? Then Fett could court him as much as he pleased.

Do written works have to be a certain length? Like, is there a minimum requirement, or are drabbles & oneshots okay

No minimum! Whether you write a single old-school drabble for a single prompt or a 20-chapter epic for every day of the week, we just want to have a good time and put more Kenfetti out into the world. If all you feel like contributing is a 100 words, that's still 100 words that didn't exist beforehand! One raindrop raises the sea and all that—we want Kenfetti Week to be fun, not feel like homework.

Hi for the Kenfetti week do I post all the prompts in one long fic with multiple chapters or each different prompt in there own one shot in a series?

While we understand that many creators (including some of the mods!) prefer to post their prompt fills as chapters bundled within a single work, the day-by-day nature of Kenfetti Week means that individual prompts need to be contained within their own separate works. This makes it possible for us reveal each work according to the prompt day for which it was written, as the collection on AO3 is kept anonymous until then and we cannot "reveal" works chapter by chapter.

I'm planning on writing for kenfetti week, but I was wondering if we had to do all the days?? there's some that I'm pretty stuck on, so I just wanted to check :0

Oh, not at all! You can do as many or as few fills as you like, all we want is to make content for Kenfetti and have fun doing it. If you write 20k for each prompt or just a single ficlet for one, we’ll be delighted by your participation!
