bonnie is so so so so delightful it warms my heart that mirabelle found such a wonderful family while adventuring.
i've been hanging out with bonnie in front all day (and with yudias) and they're very cute and wonderful. it's been nice spending time together. neither of us seemed to handle today's migraine treatment well but. well. you know.
we're actually still not feeling great from that treatment (to be expected) and we're trying to rest... bonnie's gonna play start again for the first time and they're so so so excited! it'll be fun to watch.

i was meant to defeat you, but i wasn't strong enough, but i tried over and over again until i lost who i was, and you took my place, and despite it all you're the only one that felt real anymore. i wanted you gone. i wanted to be understood, and you were the only one capable.
we're fairly certain that cetus and i share a canon
cetus is the name they were born with. cepheus is the name i was born with.
cetus remembered their name after the universe took them out of their time loops. i remembered my name by the time i turned back time to freeze vaugarde in time when i was happiest, in its perfection. the vaugardian word for my name was king, which is why i went by the title of king.
what is a king but someone who acts against the will of the people?
cetus was originally supposed to be the one to defeat me. they accidentally put themself in a time loop to do so. when they failed at every attempt, with every strategy, and finally accepted their victory was impossible... they wished for help from the universe.
the universe destroyed them.
the euphrasie that existed afterwards blessed mirabelle. perhaps that was the help the universe sent. mirabelle came with a party of saviors, including siffrin. to defeat me.
siffrin accidentally put himself in a time loop as well. cetus, from the favor tree, did what they could to help siffrin; they didn't know much about the time loops, but they knew how to traverse the house. together, the two managed to help the party defeat me.
after i was defeated, siffrin's party adventured together a little longer, but soon went their separate ways. but siffrin didn't know how to be alone again. how to be happy alone again. eventually, they reached their lowest point, and made a purposeful wish to the universe to be with their family forever. the family they remembered.
the universe gifted power over timecraft and took them back in time. but this time, they weren't one of the saviors. this time, they were the king.

soooo, we didn't go to bible study this week because we were feeling really not great. mirabelle was kinda disappointed but the reading material for the week ended up sent to us so mirabelle feels a bit better about it. we haven't gotten to reading it yet though.
sweet little mirabelle loves talking about their relationship to the change ideology. i love that for mira. it's been a great way for them to connect with their source while also like bringing things into this life.
...it's actually really funny how this little asterism has three different ideologies bouncing around in them. most of us only follow one (universe, expressions, or change).
my unique identity means i follow two (universe and change).
obviously, i followed the universe when i lived on the island. but when i left and the island was forgotten and i forgot so much of myself in the process, the house of change took me in. i found myself again by following the change god. but the universe's rituals were ingrained in me, and when i accidentally used them to trap myself in a time loop, the aftermath of those rituals helped me remember my old life again.
and even after forgetting the universe for so long, i followed without a second thought.
but that didn't mean i abandoned change, either. the universe itself is in constant change. to me, they simply aren't exclusive! i can believe in both.
but, then again, i suppose i always interpreted my beliefs in a looser sense than mirabelle does...
oh well. i'm sure mirabelle will be very happy when we hopefully soon get to that reading we missed out on
(siffrin's making grossed out faces at me for making this post. well, sorry, my beliefs aren't as deep and complex as some others here!)

lightning's very source attached. a little too source attached. he acts like he's still there kind of. we do our best to reign him in but he's a bit rude. apparently likes to joke about hunting people for sport.
was getting better about this for a while but then wasn't fronting much for a while so it's gotten worse again: super dissociated when he fronts. very out of it. not super functional. really bad memory. none of us have good memories but his memory seems to be particularly awful
