Klunk when you first meet him vs after you’ve insulted his choice to live a Jimmy Buffet lifestyle

Do you guys do any recreational activities with your pokemon when you’re off duty?
There was an ask that simple read “Cuba DLC?” And I could only reply and not post it so here’s what I remember.
The main plot would probably stem from a drawn out version of the Cuban Missile Crisis culminating in a fight over a large stockpile of Russian and later Chinese weapons meant to be used for later invasion
Fallout uses many aesthetics from the Mad Maxian to the Lovecraftian but the main one is the 1950s Americana which is currently pretty common in Cuba but with the Cold War extending almost an extra century I’d imagine a sort of culture war emerging closer to shore. Sorta like how South Korea had giant speakers at the boarder to blast K-pop to the north and like how there was a punk rock movement in West Germany that made its way East imagine bits of pre war China and Russia surrounded mostly by overt and massive pride and celebration of Cuban history and achievements and then a bunch of attempts from American bases in Cuba to spread music from America mixed with Spanish messages about the downfalls of communism.
The wildlife would be a lot more tropical and would feature many more wild fruits and vegetables.
The Jackson’s Chameleon( the base genome for the Deathclaw) is invasive to Cuba and other parts of the Caribian so imagine a mutant form to differ from the Deathclaws we see in the continental United States

Rayne masterpost
Rayne is a traveler just trying to make her way surviving the wasteland. Rayne became a Castaway after falling off a boat and washing ashore, it’s not the first or the last time the ocean has nearly killed her, with her low strength an endurance she cannot swim for very long and with her low luck she often courts disaster in the form of animal, Raiders, and even bad weather. She’s not dumb though so she likes to be prepared to deal with these things like by carrying extra weapons just in case or by making use of whatever bits of armor she can happen across like helmets and pads. Her equipment falls apart pretty rapidly as a side effect of her low luck and endurance so she’s always ready to find something new to use for the time being or better yet something to repair her items with.
Her highest stats are in intelligence and charisma though so she does like to meet new people and learn about them, she’ll even get flirty from time to time(black widow/cherchez la femme perks) but mainly she likes to barter her broken stuff and whatever else she’s found for somethings that’ll last her the next few weeks.
She’s not really a loner but she prefers the open road and hates the open seas.
Jackpot Jane, JJ for short, is a lady death claw who runs a casino called NutBusters in our Fallout Florida AU. She is a gentle loving soul so I drew her playing some casino games- Mod Dale
Mod Dale- here’s some of what’s been recently discussed in the discord
-dogs
-things that aren’t dogs
-a glitchy synth who cannot tell the difference
-food(we got hungry)
-companion stats
-our difficulties accessing Google Docs
T8 was originally sent out for data collection but now he collects “dogs”. He still sends back reports on his findings but the institute treats it like a spam email because it’s just pictures of all his pets. -Mod Dale
