.. why would you make those "this users best girl is___" posts? those characters are literal fictional kids and being reblogged by grown ass 20+ year olds. stop supporting this bullshit for reblogs unless you want others to know youre the same. you made great userboxes without this creepy crap. would you wanna hear in real life from some adult "my fav anime girl is a fetishized kid"? what is wrong with you.
hey anon - checking in from unofficial hiatus to say that i’m just as disgusted by those 20 year olds as you are, and also that i’m sorry for allowing those userboxes to exist in the first place.
the other mods and i were much younger and dumber back then (i was 15 and meteor was 16 for context) - our favourite characters were the same age as us / older than us, and we really didn’t expect that our userboxes would ever reach those people.
we also weren't aware of how creepy the phrasing really was, and i'd like to apologise for that in particular. i’ll delete the posts to hopefully stop the spread of them, at least a little.
