Hi there could i get some tips on creating a mage who uses celestial spirit magic (like Lucy and Yukino)

Of course!!!

Mod Juvia just loves celestial mages but, there are not very many. You’ll have to make your own keys, or at least that is what Mod Juvia suggests!  The celestial mages have to form a deep bond with their keys to really get them to work well as seen by how well Lucy works with her spirits but, take Loki’s previous mage and think of it like that. He went against her a lot and really that messed up a lot of stuff. So Mod Juvia would say to have them build a strong bond. 

When making your own keys remember they aren't going to be anything like the Zodiac one so build new keys that they can use. Mmmm Mod Juvia will make a better break down of them at some point but, they are hard to make because in Cannon there aren’t very many...

Hello there :), i think I would like to participate and I have some questions regarding the memories' interpretation. There is one of the scenes which mentions Natsu's first dragonforce, since this happens during his battle against Jellal, does this mean I can add Jellal into the picture? (taking into account that Natsu as the main subject in the pic has to be the most prominent character) is this right? Thanks in advance.

Yep! All events surrounding the memory you chose can be in the art piece. So if you chose “Natsu’s first Dragon Force” then you could add any scene not overlapping another memory. So technically you could have Jellal, Erza’s sacrifice, etc until Gajeel and Juvia’s introduction to the guild.
