About Fictives

okay i saw a great post about this but its made by an endo so like. fuck that.

basics are that we are alters based off of a fictional character/being. but don’t treat us like we’re that character exactly.

we’re not roleplayers. for the love of god.

also we dont condone our source self’s actions or the source as a whole if its a bad one. like systems can get fictives of anything, even if they barely know anything about it. (example. we weren’t big into submas but got them anyway.) and its pretty much unavoidable. fictives dont ask to form. it just happens.

also don’t go fakeclaiming fictives if they “don’t act like their source self” because that’s just fucked up. have had that happen before (not personally to me but i’ve seen people talk about it.)

that said, dont just be overall weird to fictives because of who they are/what they’re from. like dont go fangirling over a fictive because theyre your comfort character (unless they dont mind ig but by default dont). just be chill about it.

fictive or not, we’re still people and deserve just as much respect as anyone else.

im writing this at like 1 am so its all over the place but basically be cool to fictives.

any endos/etc trying to start shit with me will get their knees put on their heads or something idk.

aaahh hi! if it's not a hassle, can u write a romelle x fem!barista!reader where the reader constantly leaves little pickup lines on her cup and they both catch feelings, and then romelle finally flirts back and the reader is just insanely flustered? thank you! :D

Romelle was drinking her usual frappuccino when she took a second look at her cup.

“Are you the moon? Because even when it’s dark, you still seem to shine.” 

Raising her brow she looked around to find her barista and upon finding her, the barista smiled flirtatiously and winked.

Flustered, Romelle turned the other way, facing the window.

After promptly finishing up her drink, she headed out the door for the day, paying no mind to the barista.

Day after day she would receive cheesy pick-up lines on her cups from the same barista

The first couple of days, she overlooked them, only coming in to get her coffee and leaving.

Truly, she was too flustered to react, but eventually, she started to admire the pick-up lines.

She would subtly flirt back with little to no confidence.

A week in, she shyly asked for the barista’s name. The barista held a hand in front of her chest. “Well, cutie, it is on my nametag. Don’t wear it out.” She winked.

After learning the barista’s name, the two seemed closer. 

One day, she gathered up enough courage to flirt back the same way y/n has been for weeks now.

When Romelle finished her drink, she went to the front counter and grabbed a pen from a cup.

After rewriting her pick-up line numerous times, she was finally satisfied with it.

“Like quintessence, you give me life.”

Throwing away her trash, she took a few steps to the side and placed the napkin down next to y/n.

“Eh? What’s this, sweetheart? For me? I’m flattered, cutie.” She said feigning admiration.

She looked down at the floor, warmth finding her cheeks. “Yes, it is…” 

Gaining an ounce of confidence, Romelle grabbed the scribbled-on napkin, then y/n’s hand, and kissed it softly. 

She looked up to examine her face. The entirety of it was scarlet red.

“..Cutie.”

Over the last few months, we’ve seen interest in this zine and Shklance that has totally blown us away. We’ve met countless talented creators in this fandom who have supported this project and worked together with us to make Orion the amazing, rewarding experience that it will now be, forever, in our memories.

Once again, we’d like to thank everyone who was involved in the process of this zine, be it through sharing our posts, submitting an application, participating in the zine, or purchasing from our store. We couldn’t have done this without any of you, and we’re so humbled by the profound kindness that we’ve encountered since beginning this project last year.

As we see the end of this zine production, we really hope that all of you continue creating, continue consuming fan media, and continue loving this ship with as much inspirational passion as we’ve seen over these last few months.
