Sorry if I'm such an ignorant girl, but does this manga have two versions of the ending? I just remember I saw another ending featuring an older Yui holding a kid's hand and an adult Yuta wearing glasses
Yes, there are two versions! The ending you’re talking about is the epilogue from the original webcomic, which ended before the manga serialisation.

Might be a while! It’s nearly done, but our cleaner/redrawer is currently too busy in Exam Hell to finish off the last few pages, and I’m not too sure when exactly they’ll be free. Please stay with us for a little longer!

We were pretty confused while scanlating the final chapter, too! I’m personally more convinced that they’re back to their body-swap: Yuuta is in Yui’s body, and Yui is in Yuuta’s body. Perhaps calling Yui as ‘Yuuta’ suggests that they’re now more comfortable in their body-swapped lives and identities?
The ending is vague enough that everyone can interpret it a little differently, though!
The final chapter is out in the official site. But I believe that the epilogue will only be available in vol. 9 and won't be posted there. Do you guys plan to translate the epilogue as well? I'm super hyped to know what happens in the future, and if it's anything like the webcomic. Thank you so much for your hard work!!
You’re right, the epilogue for SBC is only published in physical copies of volume 9. Thanks to our friends at ElPsyKongroo, we do have a copy of the epilogue that we can scanlate! We’ll get to it, but of course it’ll come after scanlations of chapter 63 and 64.

Shishunki bitter change is by far my favorite manga (the only one that I still read), but I've found it a little odd that I can't say what exactly draws me to it. I'm sure there's many reasons, but what makes Shishunki bitter change special to you?

It was how well written and portrayed the characters were and how it wasn’t just your usual ecchi fanservice that gender swapped for comedy purposes.I felt that I had found a very good series to cling to.
