Yes, you can be aromantic because of your trauma. There’s a specific group of people and even labels (ex. caedromantic) designated for people who are aromantic because of trauma.

Some people’s aromanticism is completely separate from their trauma, and some people’s trauma and aromanticism are linked, and either way, you’re still aromantic and welcome.
