Do I even need to address this again? Blizzard is at it again, but this time the DPS mains are complaining about the new Mercy nerfs. Now you *know* it's bad.

Hey, you remember when you said that "Oh, it's in PTR, that means nothing"? Well, here we are again. And when has Blizzard NOT made a PTR change go live? My point exactly.

You know what they changed. Slower Guardian Angel movement speed. 1.75 seconds to rez, and if it's interrupted? Doesn't reset. Heck. Rez doesn't even stop the respawn timer, so you get back into your spawn room anyways if the timer clicks all the way.

There's a new Support hero, but at what cost?

To Address Some Concerns

This concept of refusing to play healer is not new. It /is/ possible to do so, but very difficult. DPS players do this all the time and rationalize it to be that it's easier or more fun to be able to play DPS. It is true. The healer is a thankless job. Play Sombra. Play self healers. Don't break away from the team so that you get picked off. It's a simple concept that many do not seem to grasp.

And besides, if not playing a support is automatically called "throwing," then already 90% of you have been already doing so.

Blizzard is At It Again

They made her PTR changes go live. No rez reset during ult, but she still has another in her pocket. They nerfed the changes they were about to make to the Guardian Angel, too.

Current Mercy was fine where she was??????? Blizz stop trying to make Mercy concept Mercy and just make him a different hero already.

Add another week to the support strike if you feel like it~

Boi The point is to get the dps to cry out for healing. Its not throwing, per se, but it’s being disruptive because the Mercy nerfs are a big deal. She can’t survive. The entire point of the rework was so she could survive.

I’d say heroes never die, but you see, your Mercy is already dead.
