OpenTTD: Deactivating NewGRFs Mid-Game
A word to anyone deactivating a newgrf midgame: Shit might get a little weird for a bit. This particular effect came from deactivating the Dutch Houses mod; Eventually ITL Houses (Another mod) will realize something's wrong and tear them down, but for now, anachronism.
The year is 1864, and hundreds of ordinary homes across the continent have been mysteriously transformed into large, steel temples from a hundred years in the future.
