 Here you go Namine! I hope you don’t mind that I put in some personal headcanons. I hope you like it!

           It was peaceful, quiet, and warm. The two presences by her sides brought a sense of, belonging? Joy? Contentment? Whatever it was, Namine was just fine with it – it felt nice. She was never any good at identifying emotions, but that was okay. As long as she was with the ones she loved, she’d be fine. For now, she focused on the crackling and heat from the fire combined with the smell of smoke, it was nostalgic somehow.

             Vanitas was a being made from the darkness in another’s heart, but he was still his own person. He could still laugh, smile, and love just like any other person, even if he wasn’t the best at showing it. He still did his best to, whether it was a simple act such as holding hands – or a kiss on the cheek. It meant a lot to Namine, even if it was awkward at times.

             Riku – or Replica Riku – was a copy of the original Riku created by Vexen to destroy Sora. Despite this, he had managed to break free from Vexen’s control and become his own person. He was also very new to expressing himself, but getting there. He showed affection in little actions – leaving the last marshmallows for them, or leaving notes for them. More subtle actions.

             And as Namine sat between the two of them, she realized they would be okay, no matter what came their way. So she adjusted herself and brought her attention back to the marshmallow she was roasting, a small smile on her face.
