smack! another paper airplane hits your cheek from above. you hear kokichi’s giggles from above. he looks down at you from a window, savoring your annoyed reaction with his signature shit-eating grin. it’s the 4th time something like this has happened today. every paper airplane contained the same thing, and you were immediately looking for the nearest trash bin to shove this new one into.

“don’t worry! there’s actually something for you to read there this time!” he shouts, knowing damn well what you were about to do. “or is it…? nishisishi-”

his voice fades as he disappears from his spot at the window.

curiosity got the better of you, and you started unfolding the paper airplane. you assume that he can still hear you, so you try to yell back at him, “i swear to god, oma, if this is just another nice cock poster i will snap you in ha-”

oh, wow. there really was something written on it. your name sits at the top of the wall of text.

not bothering to move someplace to sit down, you spare one last glance at the now-empty window above and read what lies inside...

There’s no use for me to beat around the bush any longer. You probably already know too, huh? If not, then wow. You’re denser than I estimated you to be.

I don't really know when it started, now that I think about it. Of all the people I met, I never expected to get the closest to you. These past few days have been boring and while I know you're busy, I can literally feel my brain rot away with each passing hour (not a big fan of poetry, but I feel like I'm on the verge of writing some from insanity). I myself feel surprised that I can write this letter to you right now. Maybe it's because my good comrades at DICE urge me to do so, before I run away from the feelings I've wanted to say for quite a while now. I never open up to anyone for nothing, so you better be reading every next word carefully or all the effort I put will go down the drain.

Even through every lie I tell to myself, you still manage to make the beating in my chest race faster than a Mario Kart vehicle. You've held my dirtied hands in yours and told me every thing will be okay and that I don't need to keep distancing myself from you and the others. Worst (or is it best?) of all, you've taken my sick and twisted heart with you and made it ache. Boy, did you deliver that with perfection. Don't you have mercy for little old me? I'm not saying I didn't enjoy it, though.

I know I'm the best candidate to be anyone's boyfriend, yet whenever I think of you, I want to try my best to be. I can't guarantee a smooth start to whatever it is that we have going on, but if it's with you, I don't mind taking a hit or two. Then, my dear ____, treasure of my heart, won't you accept the honor of becoming my better half? It's a pretty good deal if you ask me, not that I've offered it to anyone else. And no refunds! Scenario: Aoi, Chihiro, and Chiaki comforting their S/O after a class trial

Warnings: Mention(s) of murder, execution. Takes place during the killing game. they/them pronouns for Chihiro. GN reader. Slight angst in Chiaki’s section.

Mod Note: Here’s my first scenario that I thought of myself! I decided to give everyone a taste of my writing to see what everyone thinks.

So yeah. I was mainly inspired to write this after finally completing Chapter 4 of Trigger Happy Havoc. Now I’m on my way to finish it despite knowing about the twist and having already completed SDR2 and V3! Hopefully it won’t take that much longer. Anyways, without further ado, here are the headcanons!

Aoi Asahina, Chihiro Fujisaki, and Chiaki Nanami conforting their S/O after a class trial

Aoi Asahina

The class trial had been tough on her as well.

Another one of her close friends, murdered by yet another close friend.

It was unbearable.

She noticed however, that you seemed to be taking it much worse.

The blackened had been your best friend, the thought of them committing murder was unthinkable.

Despite that, it happened. You were forced to watch them get brutally executed by that damn bear.

After being forced to watch it unfold, you were in tears and you rushed back to your room.

A few minutes later, Hina came in to check on you.

“S/O, are you okay?”

She walked in and sat next to you as you cried into your pillow, mourning the loss of your friends.

She put her hand on your shoulder and tried to motivate you.

“Listen, we can make it out of here. There won’t be another killing.”

Deep down, she knew that she was wrong. Monokuma would find a way.

She put a hand on your cheek and kissed you, promising to protect you from harm.

You hugged her back, sobbing into Hina’s shoulder.

She decided to spend the night cuddling with you. You definitely needed it.

Chihiro Fujisaki

The poor programmer…

They couldn’t believe it, their friend had killed a classmate of theirs.

After the trial and the execution, they were mortified.

Chihiro had noticed that you felt the same. You practically broke down at the sight of the the harsh new reality.

You were crying in your room when you heard a knock at the door. Upon opening it you discovered Chihiro standing in the hallway.

“Um… hey S/O… I noticed that you looked p-pretty distraught after the t-trial, so I decided to come check on you.”

You immediately started crying and hugged them, talking about how you wanted this killing game to end.

They walked you into your room and hugged you back, crying as well.

“H-Hey… I’m sure we’ll find a way out of here. We just gotta have hope in each other, right?”

Chihiro finished that sentence with a smile, causing you to cheer up a bit and hug them again.

You two decided to share the same bed, with Chihiro being the big spoon.

You laid your head on their chest, slowly falling asleep as they stroked your hair quietly.

They were going to protect you at all costs and help you escape, even if it costs them their life.

Chihiro had a plan in place in the event that they were murdered, one that would help you escape with everyone else once and for all.

Chiaki Nanami

One of your friends had been murdered.

The trial was hard on you, as the blackened had been your other best friend.

You didn’t understand how this could happen, resulting in you defending your friend until Hajime and Chiaki brought up undeniable proof that your friend was the culprit.

After being forced to watch your friend get executed, you just couldn’t bottle in your emotions anymore.

You dropped down to the ground and broke down in front of your classmates.

After everyone else left, Chiaki went to go comfort you.

She felt bad about condemning your friend to death, but you both knew that if you hadn’t found them out; everyone else would’ve been executed instead.

You were a little upset at her for some time after the trial, since she helped Hajime figure most of it out.

Chiaki started rubbing circles on your back to help you feel better, eventually inviting you to her cabin for the night.

Once you got there, she asked you something.

“Would playing some video games help you feel better, S/O?”

You shook your head, explaining that you were tired and needed to relax.

“I understand. It’s been a hard day for you…”

Chiaki offered to let you rest your head on her lap while watching her play some Animal Crossing.

You accepted and did exactly that, allowing you to take your mind off of it.

You eventually turned to face away from the TV, causing you hug Chiaki gently and fall asleep on her lap.

When she looked down, she couldn’t help but notice how cute you looked!

Chiaki saved her game and turned it off, focusing her attention on you as she started falling sleep herself.

She gave you a kiss on the cheek before falling asleep while playing with your hair.

Nagito is absolutely in love with you and even when you two are together he believes you should be someone better and he might also remain distant due to his fear of his luck affecting you negatively or harming you

Absolutely loves when you play with his hair, especially after a bad day and his luck causing him lots of physical pain, he would have a really bad headache after and you playing with his hair and massaging his scalp just makes him feel better

Due to his extremely bad self esteem and self confidence, he never initiates anything like kisses, cuddles or hugs and if you ever spend the night at his house he'll sleep on the floor and let you sleep on his bed, so you'll have to beg him for cuddles or kisses

Also that, his health is absolutely horrible and he's always getting sick so be prepared for the fact that you're gonna have to help take care of him even if he tells you that he'll be fine

Since Nagito is rich, be prepared that he's gonna spoil the hell out of you even if you don't want him to, he just wants to show his appreciation that you're willing to date him even with all his self deprecation and bad health

Nagito is also really good at comforting you through anything. A panic attack or depressive episode? He'll carefully hold onto you tell you that everything will be okay. You're insecure? He'll whisper so much praise to you that it might be a bit overwhelming

Makoto Naegi

The first time you passed out, he didn’t know about your condition, and nearly had a heart attack.

You were back on your feet soon enough, and then explained it to him.

He felt super bad for not knowing the first time around, but swore he would always make sure that you never got harmed from it!

Despite being small and sort of weak, he’s practiced being able to swoop you up bridal style if he ever sees symptoms.

He wants to make sure you never get hurt because of your condition, since he knows it’s not your fault.

Even in the worst conditions, he’d do this and treat you like a princess in the process.

Although, shortly after, he can’t hold your weight so he just lies you down once you’re passed out.

He always sits by your side and waits for you to wake up, though!

Kyoko Kirigiri

When you passed out for the first time around her, she wasn’t too concerned.

She’d done a background check on you when you first met, so she already knew about your condition.

But now she’s actually worried whenever it happens, despite knowing why it happens.

That’s probably because you’re her girlfriend.

She’s always quick to notice when you have symptoms, and is also very quick to get you in a safe position so you don’t get hurt.

However, she doesn’t let it become a big deal and reacts in a very calm way in most situations.

When you pass out, she typically sits with you and writes in her journal.

When you wake up, she helps you up and you two go back to doing whatever you were doing.

Byakuya Togami

Not gonna lie, he was a jerk about it at first.

Over time, though, that rich boy attitude changed meaning.

It changed from being a jerk to him using money to make sure that nothing bad happens.

At first, he payed a paramedic to follow you both whenever you went somewhere, but fired the guy once you said it made you uncomfortable.

He doesn’t like to waste time with it, so he makes sure to get you up on your feet as quickly as possible.

He always makes a big deal about it though, since that’s just him being himself.

Once when it was a hot day, he made sure you stayed cool while passed out by fanning you with money.

Makoto Naegi

It wouldn’t be a super big thing to Makoto; at this point, he’s pretty used to most people he comes across being taller than he is- your height doesn’t tend to be something that comes across his mind often, since it’s not the only thing that makes you you in his eyes!

But he’d probably be lying if he didn’t like it if you ever gave him headpats, ruffled his hair, etc. Even though it seems like such a simple action, he gets flustered very easily when you do.

And while he’d never admit it or ask you to do it outright, he sometimes catches himself thinking about different things you could do with your height difference- usually just you picking him up off his feet, or something cute along those lines.

So, when you did end up picking him up for fun one day, he was... a lot more flustered than you had expected. You’d never seen him as such a stammering, blushing mess.

But it was adorable! And you made sure to tell him that, too, which only served to make him even more of a mess, practically melting at that point.

After that day you were definitely gonna be sure to do that more often.

Kokichi Ouma

Kokichi was always, always, always the one doing the teasing. It was what he was known for. Especially when the two of you got together- now that you were close, that made you an even more prominent target for his playfulness and teases.

But if there was one thing that you could always use to get back at him, it was his height, without a doubt.

And he always gave the funniest reactions when you mentioned it- breaking into his classic crocodile tears usually being the default, or puffing up his cheeks in a grumpy pout, or whining and playfully punching you- anything along those lines.

Though, teasing was always one thing. Physically using your height difference was another.

Kokichi, being his brat self, often got himself into trouble. And whenever that happened, you could end things quickly, either by picking him up straight off his feet or just dragging him away.

That’d usually garner the same reactions, him never letting you do so without bawling his eyes out or whining.

But if he said that he didn’t enjoy your attention, that’d be a lie.

- Shuichi does his best to be patient with you. He's always nervous about messing up somehow and causing you extra stress.

- Sometimes you'll cling to his arm in public in stressful situations. Especially if you don't have your noise-cancelling headphones for whatever reason.

- Whenever you see him, you usually flap your arms a little before running to hug him. He thinks it's the most adorable thing ever.

- If you want to ramble about something, he's all ears! He loves listening to his wonderful S/O talk about his interests.

- He learns through trial and error what to do and what not to do, but he's patient with you the whole way through.

Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu Relationship Headcanons

• There would be a lot of work going on, he is the heir to a Yakuza group so expect him to be out late. He probably has to make sure none of his workers are injured.

• He loves when he gets home and you’re already there waiting for him in bed or on the sofa, so he can just lounge and cuddle with you while you watch a movie or a program.

• Expect a lot of ranting, you’ll have to calm him down a lot, massages or even kisses help him calm down. He feels like your the only one he can share his problems with without getting even more angry. • He would protect you 24/7 when he’s off, making sure your in his sight so you don’t get kidnapped by some random person ‘cause he’s a Yakuza Heir. (I do wonder if that happened to someone else he liked..) • You’d probably give him a nickname like Baby Gangsta just to piss him off but does he care? Yes. He hates the name so you only call him that randomly and not infront of other people.

• Not the biggest fan of PDA but when your indoors he’ll become more loving, pecks on kisses, random cuddles. Expect it all indoors, since it won’t ruin his reputation if he spots a worker out in the streets.

• You’re not feeling insecure about your body or anything about yourself? Expect him to tell you how you’re perfect and that if anyone tells you any different he’ll get Peko to assassinate them. • If Peko has a day off but he doesn’t, he’ll get Peko to be around you. So now you’re great friends with Peko and have the best times playing games. You’d probably have an intense game of Uno. • When he walks into you guys having fun, he joins in too, he wants to have whatever fun your having ‘cause he loves seeing your smile, it makes him blush without realising! • When you guys fall asleep, it’s the cutest thing ever.
