Listen. As a member of the lesbian community and a transwoman, i can tell you for a fact that transphobia is a big problem in the lesbian community at large. i’ve experienced it myself multiple times on multiple different occasions so let’s get that squared away before anything else. what we are trying to convey with the aforementioned post is not that lesbians are at fault for transphobia (as that would be entirely ridiculous) but that trans lesbians do in fact experience transmisogyny. While i’m at it, transmisogyny can come from many places throughout the whole of the LGBT+ community— from bisexual people, from gay people, cis men, anywhere — it’s not just a problem amongst lesbians. It’s a problem we all have to tackle. Now, i don’t know why you decided to hide behind a mask to say this, but it shows a bit of your character and how willing you are to face people so you might want to sit yourself down and think beyond reacting to every little thing you see on tumblr without giving it a moment’s reflection-Mod Vio
