i dont know why people are conflating trans and cis terms sometimes. like yeah, men As A Class arent oppressed. but nobody is Just A Man. they belong to other groups. and thats where intersectionality comes in
trans men are oppressed as transgender men. in a way unique to trans men and transmasculine people. that doesn't make cis misandry real.
it also wasn't created as a "trans women have their term and we want one too!!" it was a "we experience this unique subset of transphobia and would like a word to describe it". there is No reason that every other group should get a term for their unique oppression and we shouldn't. i know this has been said before but its pissing me off tonight.
