First off, I'm not a dude. I am a girl. Secondly, most of my thread and ask RPs that people like are my SMUT ones, and half of them are really detailed. You can see why I'd be bothered by that.

If you don’t like it when people read and enjoy your smut threads, you should probably be doing them privately through fanmail or IM client. You’re on a public blogging site. People are going to read your shit. People might enjoy your shit.

Okay, didn't know that, but IMHO dude is extremely gender neutral until you start wrapping 'dudette' up in it but that's a stupid word to me.
And yeah personally I can definitely see why you'd be bothered by that, because I'll admit it is kind of creepy. That's part of the reason why I don't smut in public.But to generalize it to all RPs doesn't make sense to me.
You have to recognize that your smut roleplays are public. This website is overtly sexual and people are going to be creepy because for some reason that's seen as acceptable around here, but you need to make a post asking people to knock that off, or send them asks about it. If people don't stop after you've asked them to, and they know it makes you uncomfortable, then you need to block them because they're not respecting you.
