Follow Your Heart (Pt1)

Pairing: Reader X Yugyeom // BamBam X Reader(Friendship)

Summary: You move to Seoul to be an actor/ actress. What will happen. 

You wave goodbye and see the faces of those who had been your entire life, the life you were leaving behind. You were moving to pursue your dream, your dream of acting, but you didn’t want to act here, you were going to challenge yourself and go to a different country. You were moving to South Korea and you had never been more excited or terrified in all of your life.

               Your flight finally landed and you walked out into the expansive airport at Seoul. You looked around at the signs and found the baggage claim. You stood there staring and waiting, seconds turned to minutes and you got worried after the 30th minute passed by. “oh no, what do I do? What do I do?” you mumbled to yourself in Korean. You noticed the person beside you turned to look at you. He appeared to be a tall skinny guy wearing a ball cap, sunglasses and a mask. You could see none of his face. You could see his hair sticking out from his cap but that was all. “You ok? What’s wrong?” he asked in Korean. You looked down, embarrassed someone had heard and even more so that someone had responded. You nod, “sorry, I’m worried I may have lost my luggage” you explain, still speaking to him in Korean before adding to yourself, in English “I’m an idiot.” You shake your head. The guy chuckled before looking at you, “no you are not an idiot, and your luggage is probably on its way as we speak.” You were taken about at his response and looked at him shocked. You looked down “he speaks english too?” you whispered to yourself in Japanese. He chuckled again and adjusted his cap, allowing more hair to fall, and you could finally see the color. He nodded at you and responded in Korean “Yes, I speak English too. Sorry.” You looked up at him and looked at him through his sunglasses, seeing your reflection and noticing you smiled. You quickly looked back to the conveyor, scared you would miss you luggage. You saw it coming around the bend and beamed. You grabbed your luggage as it passed the guy and he grabbed the bags that followed and the guy standing beside him, who you had been completely oblivious to, took them.

                You smile, “well thank you for talking to me, you are very kind” you said to him in Korean and then under your breath in Thai, “and adorable.”  You look up cautiously and you can tell he is staring at you and your thoughts are confirmed. The guy behind him places a hand on his shoulder; “we should go” he speaks firm but gently to BamBam but BamBam holds up a hand. “Just a moment, please.” He turns back to you. “You speak Thai too?” he asks in Thai and you simply nod before bowing and replying in Thai. “Yes, I do. Thanks for earlier, and also, I will always support you boys. See you later.”

               You turned away and headed for the exit leaving a very confused Bam in your wake. “See me later?” he questioned to himself in Thai before following the manager out of the airport.

               You sat in the lobby of the JYP building facing Jinyoung as he explained to you the audition process and information on becoming an actor/actress under JYP. You listened intently, hanging on to every word. You lost your concentration momentarily as four other guys entered the lobby. You watched as Mark, JB, Jackson, and Youngjae walked in ironically as Jinyoung went through your list of languages. “So you speak English and Korean best, then you also speak Chinese and Japanese.”  He looked back at the list, “Oh and Thai” he looked at you waiting for confirmation. You simply nodded and smiled. The guys laughed and began to introduce themselves to you in the various languages. As you were all talking three people walked into the building behind you and you heard a gasp. You turned to be faced with BamBam and Yugyeom, Bam staring at you, his hat, glasses, and mask completely gone. You laughed and looked at the ground. “Nice to see you again BamBam.” You said softly in Thai. The other six boys looked at you and decided not to ask what you had said and five faces turned away from you. You smiled and stole a glance at Yugyeom and blushed when you noticed he was looking at you still. You quickly turned around and walked back to Jinyoung and looked over the rest of your papers before he walked away and Mark started to speak to you, quietly in English asking you about where you were from and many other things. Yugyeom smacked BamBam in the chest and whispered to him. “How does she know you and what’s her name?” BamBam stood, dumfounded as he slowly realized. “I don’t know…” he said quietly, in meeting you earlier he had completely forgotten to catch your name. Yugyeom got a lucky break however when Jackson randomly called out “Hey Y/N where are you living here in Seoul?” You laughed and you answered back that you were living here in Gangnam.

               “So…ya gonna talk to her or no?” Bam leaned over to Yugyeoms ear and teased. Yugyeom blushed bright red and looked at the floor, you heard Bam and your heart started to race. You were Yugyeom biased and you knew if Yugyeom tried to talk to you, you would be quite awkward. You tried to focus on what Mark was saying but you kept getting distracted by the feeling of being watched by Bam and Yugyeom. Mark finished talking to you and JB spoke up. “Alright we should go get practicing, Y/N would you like to come with us? We are just practicing old dances so no worries about anything being leaked.” You nodded in response and followed after Got7 before BamBam started walking beside you.

               “So this is what you meant by see you later.” He said in Thai and you laughed and nodded. “Yes, I’m trying to be an actress and JYP is the company I’m trying to get under.” You explain in Thai and the two of you smile and he tells you good luck. You wouldn’t admit it but you saw Yugyeom, who was walking infront of you, turn to look and then you saw his face fall slightly. You turned to BamBam and still in Thai, so Yugyeom wouldn’t understand you asked, “So what do you think I’d need to do to get to hang out with Yugyeom, he seems really sweet…” you trail off and Bam smiles. “Oh I’ll tell you all you need to know, and I’ll even help you.” He replies back, catching on and keeping it in Thai. You blush and smile nodding at him in thanks.

Today was the day. Your blind audition. You had been ‘scouted’ by your theatre professors and you were one of five students auditioning for a role in something. Something, that was all you knew. You didn’t know what it was you were auditioning for but you did know they had picked you based on your involvement with the theatre department and other reasons that they had not told you, nor would they tell you. You made your way to the theatre, nervousness getting the best of you as you started to feel uneasy. You got inside and looked at the four other faces waiting to audition. You knew them, and you knew for sure some of them had been more involved and cast more than you before but you hoped that those truths wouldn’t be a problem today. You were last on the list and so you had to wait in the lobby until the very end. You saw the others all leave one by one, three had looked confused and one looked like she had just had the best day of her life.

“N1?” You looked up at the sound of your name and nodded, standing up and following the man inside. You got inside the theatre and turned towards the table at the front of the seats where a few people sat.

“Hello, N1, nice to meet you. Before we begin we have a few things to go over with you and then a few questions. Is that alright?” The person on the end spoke and he person beside them nodded along. “First off what you are auditioning for. You are auditioning for the female lead of Dance to My Heart, a Korean Drama.” Your eyes widened at this new information. “It is about these boys who are in C/N for a while and meet some new friends, and though they speak the language, they have some difficulties and dance becomes a way for them to communicate with their new friend. Does that make sense to you?” The last part is directed at you and you nod.

They smile and continue, “Good, now questions. Do you speak any Korean?” They look up and you and you nod. “I’ve been trying to learn yes, I know a little.” The person smiles and the person beside them writes something down. “Wonderful, now our next question and perhaps one of our most important ones…do you listen to Kpop music?” You were taken aback by the question but you nodded. “Yes. I do.” The person smiles at your response. “Do you listen to many guy groups? If you do, who do you listen to often, or do you like listening to?” You nod “Yes I listen to several.” You rattle of a list, of which Astro is the first. “Oh Astro?” The person looks intrigued. “So you know Astro?” They look at you curious and you just nod, confused. “Perfect, well we’ll have you read a scene with one of the guys, he plays the sort of mediator between the three leads.” You nod and they motion you to grab a script, when you turn around you have to force yourself not to scream. There standing in front of you is none other than JinJin.

He smiles at you and you realize that this is really happening, you look down at the script in front of you and you and JinJin proceed to act out the scene. Once done the people at the table smile at you. “Wonderful.” The one on the end speaks up again. “Now one more thing, with the two leads and you’ll be on your way.” You nodded but your stomach clenched. If JinJin is a mediator, who are the two- Your thoughts got cut off as your bias walked in, followed closely by his best friend. They were the two male leads, now you wanted this part more than ever, but also didn’t want it more than ever. The two smiled at you and you nervously smiled back. They greeted you and you three were instructed to begin the scene, you three got through the scene smoothly. They smiled at you and the people at the table dismissed them, they bowed and left.

“Wonderful, you did great, since there are only five of you we will let you know tomorrow what our decision is. Until then, thank you.” The person smiled and you returned it, nodding your head before leaving. Once you were outside you squealed, you couldn’t help it, you had a shot to work with them! You swayed back in forth before a voice froze you. “Hey, think you could show us somewhere to get something to eat?” You spun on your heel to be faced with Moonbin, a bright smile on his face. The others were right behind him smiling at you too. “Also great job today, if you get it, we’d love to work with you.” Rocky smiled, coming to stand beside Moonbin. “S-sure.” You stammered. “Follow me.” You turned to walk and they followed you, closing in around you like old friends, your heart skipped a beat, if you got the part would you live through this?

Dance to My Heart

Hello everyone, Mod Ice Queen here!

So this is going to be the start of a series type fanfic. There will be several chapters. This post is going to serve as a landing page as well as the info page about the story. 

What the Story is: The story is a story that is based on your own choice in ways. There are several places to put in names. They are indicated by N followed by a number. As of the start of the story there will be an option for two different names. Those names are your choice on where to put your self and where to place your friend or a random name. 

Some tips on where to place your name: This won’t give away too much plot but if you are a Moonbin or Rocky bias i would recommend putting your name in the N1 place. Eunwoo biases place your name in the N2 place. Again those are the only two that i have planned as of now but if it is taken well I may be able to add i some for the other boys as well. 

The story’s genre: This isn’t full decided yet it will be mostly fluff and will contain some angst.

To Believe in Love

Mod Ice Queen here, hey guys this is my first real attempt at an angst fic so hope it goes well and that you all like it!

Love. The word had meant so much to you, the key word being had. Now, you didn’t care, you didn’t want to ever see the promise of love again it had no meaning to you. You had gone to the café, completely harmless right? Wrong, oh so wrong. What you saw at that café was enough to ruin your life. Enough to lead you to believe you were worthless. You had thought he loved you, you had thought you meant everything to him, but not now, not since you had seen him sitting there with her. The way he moved her hair before he kissed her. You slapped the steering wheel as you drove. You were going to the one place you knew you’d feel safe and wanted and then you were getting out of this town and going somewhere no one knew you, somewhere you wouldn’t even know yourself, so you could start over and forget it all.

You pulled into the drive and parked. You made your way up to the apartment and knocked. It took a little but you heard a familiar voice call out to you. “Just a minute~” You stood there and waited until the door swung open, as soon as you saw the person standing there you collapsed into their arms, and cried. You cried; something you didn’t do in front of others very often. He was taken aback but wrapped his arms around you and held you close, shushing you quietly. You heard footsteps and knew it was the other housemate but chose not to acknowledge them at this moment, you were too gone in your tears, you didn’t want to let go.

“Y/N!” His voice rang through the apartment as he realized you were crying, crying at his front door. “What happened? Who did this? I’ll kill them.” He spoke quickly rushing to your side and trying to see your face which was buried in Hobi’s chest. You peeked up at him and your red, tear stained face was too much for him. He cried. He cried, not out of sadness but anger, anger that he hadn’t been able to stop your tears. He didn’t know yet what had caused them but he wished he could have prevented it, wished he could make it better.

“R/N ch-cheated…” you choked out between sobs. Those words were enough for Yoongi, he turned to put on his shoes, but a hand grabbing his sleeve halted him. “D-don’t, he- he’s not worth it” you said quietly as you stood up and away from Hobi. Yoongi turned to you and threw his arms around you “Y/N I’m so sorry this happened.” He spoke soft and held you tightly but gently as he pet your hair soothingly. He had never let you know, and now he regretted it more than anything. Had he told you all of this, all of your pain, it wouldn’t exist. Yoongi was in love with you, he had been for years, but you always said he and Hobi were your best friends, he didn’t want to lose you by saying he loved you. Now though he wished he would have manned up and just said so.

“Y/N come inside please, don’t stand out here.” He spoke in your ear and led you inside, Hobi closed he door and, nodding to Yoongi, went to his room.

Yoongi sat you on the couch and sat beside you, pulling you to his side. You laid your head on his shoulder and smiled to yourself. “Thanks Yoongi, what would I do without you?” You asked as you cuddled close. His heart swelled at those words but your next sentence shattered it again. “I’m so lucky to have a best friend like you.” He had to bite back tears as he rubbed your shoulders. “I try to be the best…friend I can be.” The words were forced and he hoped you didn’t notice. You smiled and slowly you drifted off to sleep. Yoongi watched you closely and smiled at your sleeping face. He wished he could tell you how beautiful he thought you were but he couldn’t he didn’t feel he meant that much to you.

You woke up the next morning with a pillow under your head and a blanket wrapped around you. This was a normal thing, to fall asleep at the boys’ apartment and wake up still there from them covering you up and just leaving you to sleep. You got up quietly, found some paper and a pen and scribbled a note.

Going back to my place. I’m packing my essentials and I’m leaving. I can’t stay in this town any more, it’s too much for me, too much pain. If you see this before I go you can come stop by. No promises how long it will be before I leave. Thanks for letting me stay last night –Y/N

You left the note on the coffee table and left, shutting the door quietly so as not to wake them. You got in your car and drove back to your apartment. You began packing things into bags and packed them into the car. You knew yourself and you probably couldn’t stay away more than a few weeks so you didn’t bother to pack everything you could, only what as necessary. About two hours later you heard the door.

“Y/N?” It was Hobi’s voice but your heard two sets of footsteps. You turned to the doorway of your living room to see the two boys who meant everything to you standing there. “You’re really going?” Yoongi spoke without looking at you, he had his eyes on the bags by the door, ready to be taken to the car. You nodded and said yes and in response he stooped down and picked up your bags. He turned, still not looking at you and took them to your car. He returned and walked past you, going to sit on the couch, his face buried in his hands. You went to walk out the door to carry another bag when Hobi grabbed your arm.

“What?” You turned to face Hobi.

“Look, I know he won’t want me saying anything but if you’re really gonna go away for a while it’s time you knew. He’ll be waiting for you, you know he will. Run away if you want but you better know what you’re leaving behind.” Hobi looked back at the living room before going in to see Yoongi. You shook your head to clear it and took the last bag to the car. You came back in, walked to the living room and said your goodbyes. You turned to go and made it to the door before two arms wrapped around your waist.

“Please stay. Don’t go.” It was Yoongi’s voice, he sounded hurt. You turned to face him. “I need to go there’s nothing good for me here right now, sure I have two great friends bu-” Yoongi didn’t let you finish he hugged you tightly, tightly enough that you had to stop. “Stop calling me your friend, it kills me every time. What Hobi said is true, if you leave I will be here, waiting. Waiting for you. Y/N I love you. I have for years I wish I had told you earlier but I didn’t and now because I didn’t you’re in this mess.” He stopped and just held you, letting you realize what he said. Tears streamed down your face as you clutched him tightly.

“You love me? Yoongi.” You pulled away from him and smiled slightly. He nodded slowly. “Maybe I could stay, I may have just found my new reason to believe in love.” He leaned in and gently placed a kiss to your lips. “Now I’ll help you unload the car, you’re not ever leaving my side.”

Hey there!! I was wondering if I could get a written ship with BTS and SEVENTEEN? I'm very cuddly, loving, motherly in nature. Really nice a friendly to everyone including strangers, good with kids (and animals!!), polite around adults. Hii! Can I have a ship with Seventeen & BTS? I'm kinda judgmental but I love hanging out with people as long as they're not annoying or close minded. But assuredly, I'm a fun person to hang out with!! My guilty pleasure is chicken nuggets & cola. I do well in school but I don't like studying lol. I like participating in school activities, tho. At home I usually spend time playing video games, admittedly for hours. Outside, I go to arcades w/ my older sibling whom I annoy a lot. Thanks 💕
