Recently played the Demo of Tynk! and streamed it to my partner!! It was so good, and really funny! I've been keeping up with your art and these characters for Quite a Long Time (when Tynk was a stinker, and Churla was weak to salt, and I reread ML constantly cause it was so good!!!!) and it's really fun to see all these furries be wacky as hell! and to kind-of-sort-of know what their deal is ahead of time makes things funny. Oh I started this ask with a point. I was wondering if in the full release there would be a way to make the reflex/timing mini games a bit more forgiving, maybe as a setting? The door (and the trash can) went too fast and I got stuck for a while on them because of my disability. I was Penguin. Please for the love of God help me (joke)
Omg, it's surreal to hear about Modlocked! It makes me happy to hear that some people look at these characters as what they are now knowing their weird history as I do. It's also comforting since I deleted the modlocked comic (assuming I had it backed up somewhere) and completely lost it. So it comforts me to know that it lives in other people's heads to some degree as well. I'm really glad you enjoyed the demo! I'm sorry for putting you in the frustrating position of being stuck like that. I've been trying to plan how to improve accessibility in the finished game and have been mostly looking at flat difficulty (increasing health, damage forgiveness, etc), but I haven't considered the minigame aspect of it. Would it be more useful to be able to disable timing minigames altogether or be able to slow down how fast they go? I can't promise anything, but I'd really like to devote substantial time and budget to accessibility, so I appreciate any and all feedback like this!
