LAL:CE D33 The Crazy Eight
While my mind is still on Modnation, here is a track idea I had for the game. Although, I think this would be a challenge to make this in the Track Creator, if not impossible.

Modnation Racers influenced my taste in aesthetics back in 2010, along with Kidrobot and the whole urban vinyl toy thing...
Anyway, here’s Jez and Tag.
Been replaying some "ModNation Racers" lately, and made something I'm very proud of. Tag-Chan aka genderbent main protagonist graffiti artist Tag. Man it brings me back memories of creating and sharing my Mods & downloading other's creations, racing online and having such a good time. This game (also LittleBigPlanet) was the reason I really wanted a PS3. Since then, This game along with both LittleBigPlanet 1&2 remain one of my most favorite games of all time. I'm just glad my spoiled little 14 yr old self got my Mom to buy me a PS3. Lol Before that I had the PSP version, but everything felt very limited and wasn't as good. And I did not like LittleBigPlanet on PSP because it kept crashing alot for no reason (not sure if I was the only one with this problem), and it was very limited that it made me wish I had a PS3. I love this game to pieces and it's such a shame there haven't been anything since "Road Trip" on PS VITA in 2012 (more like a watered down port). Even for it's 10th year anniversary no remake or sequel on PS4 or PS5, but instead absolutely nothing it's depressing. And when I heard that a sequel was planned but got reskined to "LBP Karting" (it's not as great), It filled me with rage and just makes me angry thinking about it. Common SONY bring back this underrated gem on your newest hardware, I guarantee it will blow up and sell like crazy if Miitopia taught us anything. And since "United Front Games" (the developer) is now defunct, why not handover the IP to another developer who's willing to bring it back to life (Sumo Digital would be perfect). One can only dream.

One game that had been on my wish list for so long is Modnation Racers. I vaguely remember playing this game at a booth or something and I loved the track creator.
If this game gets a new entry, it might be enough for me to actually want a PS5.
And since I went through all the trouble of making the graffiti, again, here it is up close:

And since I went through all the trouble to make it, here is the graffiti tag on the car.
It's not a perfect recreation. I had to work off of screenshots and the way the game handled the texture was wonky.
I forgot about how banger is style and music of ModNation Racers, so now I regret
Just listen to this OST. It's a fucking western Jet Set Radio.
I've played in ModNation Racers on my PS Vita (in PSP version) and ModNation Racers Roadtrip for PS Vita. And I was reminded of the soundtrack of the original ModNation Racers because of a video about forgotten Source games from Goldec.
This is just insane how this OST is a fucking style of a style. Especially when game itself has stylish art design. And I've never heard a cooler original soundtrack for a racing game than THIS one.
It feels like that:
Now I know what I'll be playing on my PS3 next days. For you, I will leave a link to a full OST playlist. Enjoy!
Official soundtrack released by Sony in 2010. Composed by Peter Chapman (aka Coins), Marc Baril, Jono Grant, and Melissa Reese (ModNation Th
Remember the good forgotten things through the little things, and make up for them. All the best!

Day 40: The Crazy 8
While I'm still kinda in the Modnation Racers mood, here's a track idea I made for the game.
