Simple Mohinga Breakfast for my Thinn Thinn. For those of you who don't know, this the icon of Burmese food - and also a pain to make. It's usually served with a ton of toppings from green beans and and parsley to all sorts of battered and deep fried stuff. I wanted to show off the quality of the soup so I went with just hard boiled eggs and pepper flakes.
