A CONCEPT: Moiramaker, anybody?

I feel like these two would have a very somber, but passionate relationship. Moira is a recovering alcoholic, and Amélie suffers from PTSD after the traumatic thoughts that somehow still affect her after the brainwashing.

They met when Moira joined Talon after helping Gabriel with his biological modification, while Widowmaker was still a cold blooded killer who felt nothing. Even though Moira knew why Amélie was brainwashed, she pities her. However, that pity doesn’t come out of no where; it’s because she envies her. She envies what Amélie had with Gerard. She envies the passionate and wholesome love that she had. She was jealous. She was in love with Amélie. With Amelie’s elegance and graceful beauty, Moira found her irresistible.

With her intense romantic feeling that was infecting her brain, Moira decided to take advantage of her scientific skills and help Amélie. After doing tests and research, she managed to bring back Amélie’s ability to feel emotions again; but block out the dark, traumatizing memories of her past before she got brainwashed.

With Moira helping out Amélie, she stared to realize something; she could feel again. And what she felt about Moira was a feeling she hadn’t felt in years; love. Amélie knows about Moira’s dreadful alchoholism, and helps her recover from her addiction. Moira helps her girlfriend move past her terrible past and how Talon used her as their personal weapon.

Together, they help each other move pasts the barriers and hardships in their lives and depend on each other. Even though they tend to argue sometimes and Amélie has trouble expressing her emotions, they’re very much in love. In their spare time, they like to go out for candlelit dinners; or simply just stay in with a healthy amount of wine and a cheesy 50’s romance movie.
