MY LIBERICA - TAMAN MOLEK
Today, I have visited MY LIBERICA cafe in Taman Molek. It started its business on 4 August 2011.
The environment is very comfortable with many spaces where customers can enjoy their coffee and cakes quietly.
The coffee beans they used are Liberica. They produce coffee beans by themselves. All the coffees sold at My Liberica Cafe come from their own plantation near Bukit Batu in Johor. The ripe Liberica berries are carefully hand picked. Liberica coffee has a more delicate flavor and sweet aroma. Liberica has a unique and exceptional taste profile: a chocolaty, and ripe berry-toned sweetness with a hint of floral and spice hint. The first flavor to emerged at first sip is bitter walnut, followed by dark chocolate with a very light smoky acridity. A berry-like acidity appears and adapts with the chocolate to create a flavor similar to Madagascar chocolate. Moreover, the aftertaste of Liberica is indeed exceptional, it is long-lasting and retains the smooth dark chocolaty taste with sweet hints.
