Well this evenings dinner was a massive success. Although if I am completely honest this was not my recipe. I actually got it from @mommacherri1 her brilliant soul food cook book is outstanding. No wonder @gordongram loved her cooking. You’ll have to go to her website or buy her book to get the full recipes because they are too long to put on here and I’ll run out of writing space. But anyway the recipe is easy to do, excellent in taste and will not disappoint. All the ingredients used are fresh and locally sourced. English local pork ribs, covered in a deep, rich, dark, spicy glaze to marinade. Topped with a fresh and fragrant tomatoe barbecue sauce to serve.
