Michael and Jon would have a field day watching those idiots in love dance around each other at first. But after some time they're just annoyed and try to get them to see some sense. Maybe they even lock them in one of the drivers rooms and leave them to it while they sit in the other room and make out or something

Daniel would absolutely have a thing for Lando wearing his clothes or having his merch on him. He has a little feral part of himself that loves Lando being his, and loves showing off that he's the only one able to touch Lando.
So seeing him wear his clothes is the ultimate tease for him!
Michael and Jon honestly would try help the two idiots get together at the start. They'd want their two dumbasses to be happy but it just get ridiculous after locking them in a room achieves nothing but getting Lando to nap on Daniel who refuses to move cause 'he looked tired, let him sleep, we don't really need to go out to practice 3'
So Jon and Michael just give up and decide to spend their time productively (by making out in empty drivers rooms to avoid their pining idiots)
