I have! Depending on what counts as a meme in this context, I’ve done both original memes and redraws of existing memes. Mostly with ccs, musicians and characters from existing media, but I’ve drawn some memes with OCs too

I love it when my interests or faves overlap in art! In this fandom’s case, for example, I’ve seen Dteam AUs based on the movie Bolt, and it’s just awesome because I love Bolt and I love Dteam so what could be better yk :D

Takes his time memorizing the way Ñolofinwë's mouth feels against his, the weight of his contented sighs, the way his body shifts slightly trying to move closer despite how close they already are. Perhaps Fëanáro does not yet want his brother for the reasons Ñolofinwë wishes to be wanted for, but he does still want his brother. A strange feeling to adjust to. As if a dam has broken and is now water-falling into a never-ending pool. It makes something in his chest twist uncomfortably in ways he does not necessarily care to examine.
