American Monarchic Flag Design

from /r/vexillology Top comment: Recently I've been interested in monarchies and their flags, and so I though designing one for America would be a good idea. This design features a more imperial/monarchic coat of arms, with 13 stars (including one in the center). There are 13 vertical red and white stripes with a blue sections spanning across the middle of the flag.
