Bong (13 Point Quality)
A supernatural species from Mongolian steppes, this occurs when a nature spirit goes into the body of a recently deceased woman, grating them a new life. This new being retains some of the memories of who they once were, but they are a different person underneath it all. As well as overtly, as the process creates a physical third eye in their forehead. They are considered living beings by and large, the spirit being able to experience mortal life for themselves, but the spirit itself can do this to multiple host bodies over time.
A Bong starts with the Zombie Quality (See: Monster Smackdown) and recovers their Constitution in life points every hour. They are also innately magical, being a mixture of spirit and flesh. They gain Attractiveness +2, but have a Third Eye in the center of their forehead, though this can be hidden rather easily with bangs, a headband, or a hat. This Third Eye grants Acute Sight as well as Greater Sensing. Because of the nature of the spirit, they may gain levels of the Age quality. When a Bong is killed, they can reincarnate into a new host body. A new host body can rework the attributes of the Bong’s body. Each new host has 12 +1d10 Attribute points.
To destroy one permanently, they have to be burned or the spirit must be torn apart. In a host body, they take extra damage (+1 to the modifier) from Decapitation attempts. And while they have their Third Eye covered or blocked, they cannot use Acute Sight or Greater Sensing. They also have Adversary (3) as various curses brought about by the Bong for past wrongs has given them a very bad reputation among humans (In one case, they are blamed for the existence of Tobacco).

My favorite brothers. Nostalgic this morning.

Satellite image of the Mongolian salt lake Uvs Nuur. As you can see, the lake is at the bottom of a bowl-shaped section of desert surrounded by mountains, so no rivers flow out of it. Water can only escape by evaporation, leaving salt behind, so the water is pretty salty - about half as salty as the ocean.
There are fish in the lake, but I have no idea how they got there, since it isn’t connected to any other water in the world.
