rkgk Lineage Elf
Sarah loves the "mystery lineage" things a lot.
Tog
aelin and her fire powers and all that
Dorian and his father...his name being a big hint hint
Aedion and his father
Cc
Bryce being starborn and basically theia reborn
Lidia and her fire powers
Hunt and his demon side with the bloods
What I mean is that she always have something that she ties main characters with to the "higher" beings of the plot.
Now in acotar...we only have rhys do that. All the other characters were either mortal(archerons) or "normal" fae and I mean by normal is that they are not like rhys or aelin or byrce connected to higher beings of their lore/history.
Now...we finally learned history of acotar like we do with cc and tog. The lore.
So who is connected? Rhys. And I dont buy that. That he is the only one. Bc lets face it...there is a reason archerons are archerons. Which I talked about Archeron name in this post.
I have some thoughts.
Archerons:
Fionn and Papa archeron are related. Also papa archeron name IS fionn.
Mama archeron and Fionn are related(?) idk.
Dorian and Valg situation and Archerons have Daglan blood. Would be sick if this happened.
They are from The Mothers lineage like I talked about in this post. (My bet is on my crack theory bc I need this to be true lmfao.)
Azriel:
Big possibility Fionn...bc of shadowpowers if Im right and fionn was also a shadowsinger. But it might not be blood related but just...power. shadowsinger power connecting them and that's why he could hold both gwydion and tt. imo it is the latter.
Hell and he is also connected to hel like Hunt. He has hel blood in him. Hunt= hunts....azriel kinda hunts and questionimg to get info...kinda fits if you think about it. @silverlinedeyes made a whole post about illyrians and hel if you wanna read it.
Connection to wild hunt and first gods...I will write more detailed post soon
That's about it. 🫡
Confluence work - Introducing some Snippets of a new lineage, the Gen! If you're into the idea a character who can moult from one shape into a new one when the situation calls for it and who doesn't even have to be person shaped if they don't wanna be, this lineage is for you! Above is a cleaner Gen, looking after a lava beach, a trio of the same Gen in different moults and some Gen just, vibin' baby 💚 Man I love my job All work is mine, check out the link about to follow us for updates!
Are Zeus and hera’s other children
Hebe (Goddess of Youth): Cupbearer to the gods on Olympus.
Eileithyia/Ilithyia (Goddess of Childbirth): Frequently identified as their daughter, aiding in birth.
Eris, the Greek goddess of strife and discord, has a debated lineage but is often portrayed as the daughter of Zeus and Hera
Yes, Yes and... Yes. I decided to make Eris daughter of Zeus and Hera. Because it just clicks to me that their roller coaster marriage gave birth both to Ares and Eris, which I would say are "negative" entities (sorry, it's very poorly said, but it's just for a generic speech) and at the same time, someone quite opposite and "positive" like Hebe and Eileithyia.
I find it interesting, from a psicological side. It's very likely how i see them as a couple.
I always enjoy these episodes that are more about the relationships the crew has and about their feelings and not so much about some fight with yet another hostile species from the DQ (but they are interesting, too). So, I really enjoyed Lineage.
Imo there are so many nice moments of the crew interacting on a personal level, like Paris going to Tuvok for parenting advice and Tuvok just being Tuvok.
Then we have Janeway and Chakotay behaving like married grandparents and Janeway hugging B‘Elanna is always great. Since Barge of the Dead I am convinced that they have a wonderful mother-daughter relationship.
Harry‘s “My couch is your couch“-line displays the kind of friendship Tom and Harry have so well. I just love them as best buddies (not sure if we get to see so much of it in the show, maybe I mixed it up with fanfiction).
I really like the kind of humor that Seven has developed. It suits her as a former Drone, I think.
The last fluffy interaction I want to mention is The Doctor becoming the baby‘s godfather, because I think ever since Kes left, he felt a little left out from the rest of the crew, so this was a cute gesture and I think he will do great. And I laughed out loud at B‘Elanna mocking Chakotay😂
It was nice that this episode tackled the fact that noticing that you are pregnant is not always great because on the one hand you have T&B put under a lot of pressure by the crew because they had hopes and expectations (even if they had friendly intentions). On the other hand you have B‘Elanna’s inner conflict because of her childhood trauma (I have no idea from what point you can call things trauma) (her father is a terrible parent) that leads her to (almost) breaking down and doing highly questionable things.
And a very important point: Roxanne Dawson is a great actress!
