This is a tasty keto version of the classic monkey bread. It has low-carb ingredients like coconut and almond flour, sugar-free caramel sauce, and bacon to add a savory touch.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup powdered erythritol sweetener. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 large egg. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped. 1/2 cup sugar-free caramel sauce.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease a mini bundt pan. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt. Stir in melted butter, egg, almond milk, and vanilla extract until a dough forms. Fold in chopped bacon. Roll dough into small balls and place them evenly into the prepared bundt pan. Drizzle sugar-free caramel sauce over the dough balls. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
