Had a winter wonderland get away up north, a chance to spend time with a beautiful creature and enjoyed front row concert eye-contact with one of my favorite female rap artists. Considering this my final celebration before heading back to full time work and school. I am thankful for the time I allowed myself to rest and deeply contemplate what about me truly needed healing. Now I wish to dedicate my time and energy into accomplishing my goals as I continue transitioning into a happier, healthier lifestyle.

Mono Meals

Meat requires an acidic environment, Plant foods require an alkaline environment. Best digestion & assimilation result from mono meal eating in both humans & animals.

A good start to Day 1 of my simple diet plan. GF Oats for bfast, Apples/Oranges/Bananas for lunch/snack and Chicken broth w/Black rice and Veggies for an early dinner. (Trying not to eat big meals past 4pm) Got some ingredients to make Ratatouille for the next 2 days of meals. So colorfully pleasing :p

Food shopping extravaganza!!! I bought so much fruit today it's not even okay.. I'm so excited!!! Mono meal of bananas..and look at these tiny avocados and mini melons! Good solid start to my Friday!
