Happy belated Monosweek ye all.
Day 01 - First Date. Their first date went fancy.

MonochromeWeek'19 Day 4: Parallels
We walk on separate paths but the world still brought me to you.
****
From being victims of physical and emotional abuse to running away to being stabbed on their sides, these two just parallel each other SO HARD.
"Oh, look at that. I've been impaled."

A.K.A. - How Adam Taurus Should Have Ended
I added the top half of this illustration to add context to the bottom half, in which Weiss takes Yang's place in getting involved in the Blake-Adam conflict. It's a bit of my headcanon if Weiss and Blake stayed together during the fall of Beacon instead of splitting up - namely that they both get their abdominal scars from Adam stabbing them in his abusive, human-hating, Blake stalking, anti-Schnee rampage. Then Blake and Weiss help each other overcome the trauma Adam inflicted on them and defeat him together. This was also partially inspired by an ask answered by dashingicecream on tumblr. http://dashingicecream.tumblr.com/post/182465218712/if-you-could-rewrite-rwby-how-would-you-fit
I feel that there was lost potential by not having Weiss involved in this conflict considering the major conflict between the White Fang and the Schnee Dust Company, especially with the SDC branding revealed over Adam's left eye. Yang's involvement I can understand because of Blake brought up old experiences with Adam regarding Yang's anger when Cinder's faction set her up, and this arc helped to differentiate Yang and Adam's anger issues and aid Yang's character development. Perhaps Yang could still get caught up in this conflict as well (and maybe even retain both arms, hopefully). However, I believe there would be more significance in Weiss's involvement that would make it more meaningful and would really bolster both Blake's and her own character development. Adam's scar could open Weiss's eyes even more to the tainted legacy her father had created for her, and give her more motivation to defy and change said legacy, starting with fighting for someone she was once taught to hate. Adam would find the greatest revenge in killing one from the Schnees responsible for leaving the worst mark on him, and he'd feel even more betrayed seeing Blake fighting for said Schnee of all humans, especially if they became romantically involved. Blake would find greater solace in someone who at first distrusted faunus now fighting for her, and would readily defend her against their true antagonist.
I think that dealing the final blows with each other's weapons would be very symbolic of how much Blake and Weiss have grown together from each other, supporting one another.
For Day 8, Free Day, of #Monochromeweek19: Just something I wrote up of what I want to see for future volumes + a little self-indulgence with those two lovely girls. :3c
I hope I do you all some justice with this. <3
“Do you have any idea how long we’ve been searching for you? Twelve Hours. That means I’ve had twelve hours to think about this. And in that twelve hours I’ve decided…”
She held her breath. As if fate had decided it was her last one.
“I don’t care.”
Blake opened her eyes, the incident had been almost a long and forgotten one - but her dreams were a constant reminder that you couldn’t always kill the past.
That forgiveness was a choice.
She gently rubbed away her own sleepiness and looked upon the rest of her teammates. Weiss. They were in Atlas now, Weiss’s own home turf.
And possibly Weiss’s own personal living nightmare. But she wasn’t alone in that feeling. Weiss felt as if she didn’t belong here while Blake herself knew she didn’t belong here. It seemed as if Atlas was nothing but a nightmare to the both of them.
The two of them had been through hell and back in their own personal ways. She just hoped that together they could overcome this.

Monochrome Week 2019 Day Two: Weapon Swap
@monochromeweek
A/N: Takes place after v6
After a grueling journey getting to Atlas, the group took some time to relax while Qrow attempted to persuade the military to allow them entry. Blake absentmindedly reached for Gambol Shroud before remembering-
“Since we’re in range, I should check if there’s any news pertaining to the SDC since I’ve no doubt my father would expect me to be updated despite my absence.” Blake looked up at Weiss’ sigh and watched as she rolled her eyes while pulling out her scroll. Right, the SDC was headquartered in Atlas, and try as she might to avoid it, she would most likely be faced with its influence in some fashion while they stayed in Atlas.
