Scorp plush progress: I've done a bit of prototyping over the last few weeks/months, and tonight I finally got a start on doing the patterns for the final product! (as shown in the second picture, Cy-Kill is here to assist with scale management)

It probably would've been smarter to do a little more prototyping... but the procrastination's been chewing this project up and I've been getting impatient with it, so I decided to just have a go at the final templates and adjust later if needed ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Why is Nightprowler a renegade Autobot?

Dear Monster Master,

In the wake of the Diaspora, Nightprowler became separated from his kin, and his manipulative Master. He awoke on Cybertron, a planet much like his homeworld, suffering memory loss. He wandered as a stranger in a familiar land, until he was eventually discovered by the Autobots. They eagerly accepted him, even with him unsure of his origins, and Nightprowler gradually became an eager member of the Autobot movement.

When his fellow Monsters attacked, Nightprowler's memories finally returned. Feeling torn between his old allies, and his new friends, Nightprowler instead brokered a peace between them. This universe became a major refugee colony for Nightprowler's kind, which led to new troubles, but also new joys.

Nightprowler became a focal figure for both peoples, and so made sure to let people know that he may be an Autobot, but he was still a Renegade, and always would be.

Okay these're very rough, but I've FINALLY nailed down a design for my Scorp plush that I'm completely happy with

It's basically my first design but with a few features tweaked (mainly the shape of the legs, the tail attachment point, and the construction of the shoulders) but everything else is pretty much the same

As much as I initially liked the idea of a needlessly detailed Scorp plush, I quickly realised that I did not feel like doing that much work and I'd much prefer him being a little more stylistically similar to my other GoBot plushies ^^"

Anyway yeah! Hopefully I'll have another update soon

Lookie here... a new GoBot plush in the works :]

I initially wasn't going to make Scorp because he's one of the few GoBots I was fortunate enough to get an original toy of, but I have since decided that I'm going to make him into a marketable plushie anyway because he is one of my favourites!

I should also mention that the design shown above probably isn't going to be the one that gets made. I decided most of the way through the pattern planning that I actually wanted to make my Scorp plush super detailed for the sake of a challenge, so I started drawing up a bunch of revision ideas tonight:

I haven't gotten all the revising I wanted done yet, but I am sharing what I currently have because I'm too tired to draw more tonight and too impatient to wait until I have more planning to post hgfhhfdhgjh

It's definitely gonna be a slow-going project, but I'm willing to be a little more patient with this one ^v^
