ARMED DETECTIVE AGENCY

An extremely wanted criminal wanted by the government, known for being a serial killer as well as other crimes such as vandalism, abuse, and use of psychological tactics. Even though the agency usually doesn't deal matters with these types of cases, Johan!reader has already become a notorious criminal to the point they also have to get involved with it–because they also have fallen victim to his schemes, the most horrifying part is that, he was not born without any ability. Yet is able to make himself an enemy to humanity, many are advised if they ever come across with him are told to immediately run and report to the authorities.

This man is responsible for multiple terrorized attacks, all across Japan and have a streak for psychologically torture his victims. The agency sent dazai and kunikida to visit his sister, and both of them are quite caught off guard about how "normal" she is compared towards her brother. Johan!reader is a nihilistic serial killer while his sister is a joyful and a person who wishes to uphold justice.

No matter the agency attempts of catching him and as well as ranpo using his special ability, there's always zero traces for him to catch. A perfect crime, dazai have come across Johan!reader for the first time and he has to admit–he is creeped out by him. His intelligence rivals his own, dazai personally Johan!reader a much more smarter and twisted version of him. He doesn't need special abilities to out smart others, he already is.

Port Mafia

Johan!reader capabilities to outsmart the government are something valuable towards the port Mafia, yet he is also an enemy to the organization. Basically Johan has beef with everyone, and everyone is gonna feel it.

Chuuya would remark on how, "this guy is like dazai" and Mori agreed wholeheartedly. Many executives have underestimated Johan!reader for not possessing any abilities and they pay the price for it. It's best for them to remain neutral with him, and not try to get in his way because the price is gonna be too great for them to pay going against him.

His name became some sort of demon for everyone, one of the traits that caught people off guard is how unexpected he is. He can become the guy that you talk with at the coffee shop, he is able to disguise himself as a woman to remain undiscovered or not simply just go as him acting like a normal civilian.

Hunting dogs

In the top 10# most wanted criminals, no matter what they do– he would always slip from their arms or simply take it. He doesn't have any grand plans or have a reason, he just wants to cause the fall of human civilization–that is all. No righteous beliefs, he simply sees no point of humanity continuing. What's the difference between dying now and dying later, everyone in the universe soon would died–there's no difference.

He doesn't need abilities, hes mind is enough for him. He is able to outsmart and spot weakness in soldiers and use it to torture his enemies. He represents all the bad qualities of humanity into one–an apathetic, nihilistic and psychotic person who only serves his own amusement and is not afraid of getting children involved into it.

They are the only organization who knows about Johan!reader and his sister's true origins of being born from an experiment. A perfect human, a being who is born from intelligence who holds no love–hes like a computer that is constantly counting and calculating through logic not by compassion. He's unable to feel love like any other person, many would even doubt if he felt love.
