This Vintage Commonwealth Zipper Monster Plush is how I imagine the first humanoid fungmammal to look like as a guess on a human shape to later make the future ones have a human like form.
You need to freeze this creature and put in acid or if winter comes then gets broken it's humanoid adapted DNA will spread to the other Fungmammals where they can telepathy talk and normal talk.
