☄️Foam Roller HEAD!☄️ _____________________ Getting feedback from an external source that VISUALLY helps you to see whether or not you are in alignment is so powerful! Especially when performing plyometrics, alignment is so crucial. _____________________ Sometimes, it is challenging to see whether or not you are working level, even when looking at yourself in the mirror! Therefore, I like using simple devices like a foam roller balanced on your head in order to check your leveling to the ground. You can ALSO do this same level check with a barbell on your shoulders! _____________________ I have a particularly tight right psoas, which has a tendency to pull my thorax over to the right and rotate me. Therefore, I need to fight against this imbalance to not get injured!
