Someone help me I feel it. I try to not but it happens anyways. The thoughts return to my head. I tell myself they're not true. But it's too late. I run to the bathroom and lock the door. I fall to the ground and unleash the monster inside me. I stand up, what's done is done. Is this going to be my life? Is this what I have become?

At last! An update! (I'm sorry!) Anyway, this is a continuation of the Season 14 fic; this one picking up with Sara again in San Francisco and following that plotline again.

Chapter 2: On The Edge:

Yes, I do have exams at the end of the week. Yes, I should be studying. Clearly, no-one informed the CSI writers and they left me with a cliff-hanger and angry characters running through my head demanding that I pay heed to their ideas and so, as a result, you have a new chapter...

Season 14 premier: This chapter picks up with Sara as she heads off to San Francisco and will lay the groundwork for the storyline that will progress with her.
