Did some fanart from a book I enjoyed recently. This is from Axiom's End, a first contact novel by Lindsay Ellis. It's pretty damn good! Anyway, Ampersand, the alien, is techno-organic, so it counts for today's prompt.

Monstober Day 19: From @tiffbaxter‘s list, Ammit, the Egyptian goddess, devorour of souls. I toggled for a while between doing a mammal for Sciartober or drawing Ammit, but I’ve always had a soft spot for chimeras. I was also originally going to do a normal side profile, but once I got this silly idea, I got a lot more enthused about the drawing. No disrespect meant to any Egyptian goddesses this might represent. Also, those hippo haunches are very broad and difficult to reconcile. Kuratake brushpen, Sharpie fine line marker, Daiso brushpen, and Pentel brushpen on Canson mixed media.
