Part 4 always and forever

When you understand anatomy enough it's easy to break down key body parts into shapes. Coming up with poses to me is a matter of positioning the shapes after drawing a quick gesture line. Try looking at a pose and break it down into shapes. Also like others, I use references, ranging from jojo poses (and the fashion stuff araki referenced), pinups, game screenshots, and *ahem* nsfw. However while drawing I just pose myself to save time instead of browsing 15 mins for a specific pose I didn't have on hand.
