Day 13. Socially awkward by being literally isolated from all my friends, the yoga community and sometimes family. (I saw my family a couple days ago, so I would not go crazy.) Some how, I've managed to make a couple of friends mad at me and make myself fall into the spiral of darkness. (Stress, Not eating/drinking, over thinking literally everything.) Plus side is, I manage to stay away from all the people the best I can, keep myself and apt clean and not drink a boat load of booze. Also, I spend hours playing video games with online friends. I guess me keeping an IG journey of this pandemic BS helps me get my thoughts out my head.
