Happy Noumenia
Noumenia - Meaning "New Moon" Takes place on the first day of the Lunar month where the first sliver of the moon is present. The Noumenia was considered a holy day and is held in the honor of household deities and spirits such as Hestia, Zeus, Hekate, Your family altars, and others.
The day was dedicated to relaxation and feasting with offerings given such as Honey Cakes, Incense, Wine, Flower Garlands, and Barley. Followers would make personal offerings in their home to their deities and family altars as well as celebrating with public rituals.
