I was inspired by cyberpunk and sci-fi media showing images like these, especially as billboards on buildings, I thought it would be nice to make some sims like this. I made the look book (the cc on the models is not mine and isn't included in this download, see links) and pics of my models and I decided to try out this tutorial by @hamsterbellbelle with my images. I made a sort of glitch animation (the best I could) and thanks to their help and tutorial I figured out how to get it as a lamp. So you can change the colours of the light source. You cannot disable the glow though, even when light is off. Additive shader slightly blurs the textures, but I think it works with the hologram effect.

🎎Animated Glitch Effect: I made swatches with a strong glitch effect and a softened glitch effect, and a still version with no animation at all. There is a portrait version and a full body version, each one comes in three sizes. The object is not resizable with the shader it uses, so thats why there are three sizes. 🎎 The gifs don't look as clear as in game 🎎 Strong glitch vs Soft glitch vs No glitch

Cyberpunk 2077 Gangs: Voodoo Boys (Sims 4) - Look-book CC links

I completely forgot about my cyberpunk gangs series idea, so far only did Maelstrom and now this. Will try to remember to do more! I have Tygers and Moxes already made and a couple of Valentinos. In terms of design the Voodoo Boys are one of my favourites in the game. I had so much fun making these sims. Some items are just from the game packs unfortunately but can probably be replaced easily. I was inspired to make this for my new Voodoo Boys Skeleton Cyberware CC tattoos :) I hope you like them. I think they're one of the coolest cyberwares in the game/Phantom Liberty. The tattoos on their body were hand painted by me with the B+H system, let me know if you'd like tray files for them but they're kind of scribbly and not that good lol VOODOO BOYS CC LIST Credits: Image credit: I used the CDPR Voodoo Boy Concept arts as references for these tattoos and in the image edits. References and ideas for the sims were taken from CDPR concept arts and real npcs from the game, mostly Phantom Liberty. Textures for the Cyberware were extracted from PL and edited by me. Cyberpunk 2077 Gangs (The Sims 4): Maelstrom inspired MORE SIMS 4 CYBERPUNK STUFF

Inspired by Maelstrom but obviously I was limited. I didn't copy any particular character or NPC just the overall "creepy-cyborg-terminator-madmax" vibe. I used less baldness, less Hitler hair-dos, etc made them a bit more simple and stylised to my liking. I think they look a bit more anime lol. I tried to compensate with more piercings, spikes, scars, supernatural veiny skins and stuff for my lack of intense cyborg cyberware they have. I know the spider lady is a bit weird but I liked the spider legs in their graffiti logo and tried to include it imagining it's some sort of cyberware body mod. I found this cool Sims 3 CC but no ts4 conversion unfortunately. So just did my best, the light emitting contacts really helped. Overall I like how they turned out. Might make them creepy vampires haha or maybe make more "scary" looking ones later ╰(*°▽°*)╯This Totentanz build by Hamsterbellbelle is where I'm making them live (I'll probably build something in the basement) along with Littlemssam's live in business mod (so that it functions as a club even though it's residential)
