I have tried an ice cream flavored 'bread'. Still can't decide what it tastes like or if I like it.
BREAD?! Hahahahaha that’s fascinating and I’m laughing to myself :’) Let me think of something food related which I- oh I remember- I once shouted excitedly to my mum that I wanted that packet of sweets and started waving the box about and she told me to hush cos it was a packet of condoms HAHA
Your beauty is exuding from your picture ❤️

1. What is your pet peeve?
Rape/racist/sexist jokes, striped polo tees, and when people proudly declare that they hate reading
2. Which movie character would you love to be?
There’re so many I’d love to be! Where do I start hmm mainly I’d love to be Elizabeth from Pride And Prejudice and I’d also love to be Chihiro from Spirited Away, Ariel from The Little Mermaid (though I wish she didn’t have to lose her voice), Belle from Beauty and The Beast, Danielle from Ever After: A Cinderella Story, and Merida from Brave. You can really tell how much I love fairytales ^^
3. Do you like reading books? If so, which are your favs?
Yes, a thousand times yes. I love reading, it’s a part of me. Oh no you’re going to be in for a loooooong list! Here are some of my favourite books which also includes my childhood favourites:
The Inheritance Trilogy by N.K. Jemisin
The Wicked Lovely Series by Melissa Marr
The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare
The Books Of Bayern by Shannon Hale
Ombria In The Shadow by Patricia A. McKillip
Harrowing the Dragon by Patricia A. McKillip (a collection of short stories)
The Lion and The Lark by Patricia A. McKillip (it’s actually part of the above but I love it too much. She’s my favourite author and I love her infinitely. She writes so beautifully and lyrically, in deceptively simple prose and I’m just in awe of her)
Harry Potter series (I suppose it belongs in mostly everyone’s book collection)
Percy Jackson and the Olympians by Rick riordan
The Bitterbynde Trilogy by Cecilia Dart-Thornton (she really captures the essence of Faerie)
The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy “Trilogy" by Douglas Adams (it’s actually 5 books and he is absolutely hilarious)
I Capture The Castle by Dodie Smith
Ella Enchanted by Gail Carson Levine
Once Upon A Marigold by Jean Ferris
Bella At Midnight by Diane Stanley
Goose Chase by Patrice Kindl
Catherine, Called Birdy by Karen Cushman
I, Coriander by Sally Gardner
Wise Child by Monica Furlong
A Discovery Of Witches by Deborah Harkness
Ice by Sarah Beth Durst (my favourite mythology is East of the Sun, West of the Moon, and Cupid and Psyche or Eros and Psyche. Both are similar cos one’s descended from the other)
The Darkangel Trilogy by Meredith Ann Pierce
Mara Dyer Trilogy by Michelle Hodkin
Pride And Prejudice by Jane Austen
Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte
A Suitable Boy by Vikram Seth
Psyche In A Dress by Francesca Lia Block
Which Witch by Eva Ibbotson
His Dark Materials by Philip Pullman
Don’t Bite The Sun by Tanith Lee
The Claidi Journals by Tanith Lee
Everneath Novels by Brodi Ashton
Tempest by Julia Cross
The Legacy Series by Cayla Kluver
The History Of Love by Nicole Krauss
Looking For Alaska by John Green
The Summer I Turned Pretty by Jenny Han
A Midsummer Night’s Dream by Shakespeare
A Wrinkle In Time Madeleine L’Engle
A Ring Of Endless Light Madeleine L’Engle
Interpreter Of Maladies Jhumpa Lahiri (a collection of short stories)
I’ve a lot more but I’ll restrain myself hahahah. As I read more and more I realise that while adults’ books can be more complex and intriguing, children’s books tend to be more easily imprinted on your heart (but it’s a generalisation of course).
4. What was one of your childhood dream?
To be a mermaid (and if it doesn’t work out, to be a marine biologist).
5. Describe your parents.
My parents are amongst the most good hearted people in the world. They are extremely strict, and infinitely loving.
For some reason, my dad reminds me of a king. He has a beard which is now streaked with grey, and it makes him look wise. He has a loud and deep voice which compels you to listen to him, and he has thoughtful eyes. He has a commanding presence. He can be extremely fierce when he’s furious but he has a loving heart. He is very protective of those he loves. He is driven, passionate and idealistic, and he is able to come up with thousands of ideas for everything. He loves cooking and making his own recipes on the spot. He loves to tease my mum. In a way he reminds me of Ariel’s (The Little Mermaid) father in the sense that he isn’t always able to communicate his concern, worry and love for us and it manifests as a scolding session, and he isn’t always able to understand his four daughters but he really tries to. I love it when he laughs because he looks like the happiest person in the world. I love how open he is in showing his love for us, and I want to emulate this because I’d love everyone to know how much I appreciate them before it is too late.
My mum is a quiet and elegant person. She is very practical, rational and task-driven and I suppose they balance each other out in this way. She has a hot temper but she is improving on it (it’s way better now than in the past). She’s very pretty. She used to be the most sought after girl in JC and university. She describes herself as the snow queen because she seems to be a cold person (and well if you didn’t know her you might think so), but in actuality she’s a very sensitive and intense person who feels and loves strongly. She’s a romantic at heart; both my parents are-she ran away from home to be with my dad (she’s in good terms with her mum now so that’s awesome). She is beautiful when she laughs. She’s not a very happy person because of so many things that have occurred in her life, but when she is, she lights up the world. She is the strongest person I know. I want to emulate her quiet, graceful strength.
While they seem quite different from each other, they are highly similar too and are able to finish each other’s sentances. They love each other strongly, love my sisters and me to bits. I love them infinitely.

what if there was a secret portal under your bed that leads to a woodland from another world?
If there were one, I’ll crawl under my bed every night to slide through the portal and into the woods. I’ll find a lake or river where I’ll converse with the river nymphs and maybe swim with them, listening to the language of the water. I’ll dance to the reed flutes and the faeries will invite me to their feast. I’ll walk amongst them, not eating anything for I do not want to be bound. I’ll ask the eagle if I could borrow it’s sight, and through it, I will soar in the sky. (I’ll be back in the morning; my world has to be lived in too. But maybe after some years I’ll have to decide where I belong to, and ask my family and friends to come with me if they wish to)
I love how your brain thinks. Mystical, pure. And a tinge of sadness. (But please don't be sad, I love you)
Pris this is one of the most beautiful things anyone has ever said about me and I love you so so so much ❤ I wish there is some way I can keep this forever
