thankfully, she’s ( once again ) sitting at the edge of the camp while the rest of the residents prepare for the upcoming scavenger hunt which gives him an opening. “there she is! my partner for the hunt tonight.”  the disappointed sounds almost echo throughout the camp as he reaches out for her hand. “considering you’re not one for navigating, i’ll keep the map and compass. but you’re in charge of keeping tabs on the other teams.”
