“Don’t worry about it! I got it.” Even though she had declined the offer, she still smiled over to her sunbae as reassuringly as she possibly could. She probably looked like she was struggling, and quite honestly? She really was. There were just so many bags that she had to carry into their dorm. Grocery shopping for more than one person was just no joke at all. Moonbyul managed though. She always did. “Thank you very much though sunbaenim–would you like to come in for something to drink? It’s pretty warm out.”
Despite Moonbyul’s assurance, she knows she couldn’t allow herself in following the invitation without giving a helping hand so Hyorin does not hesitate to take the few left behind. “Honestly, just let me help with these. It makes everything quicker and easier,” she says, fiddling with the handles of the plastic bags a little to balance them properly, setting off once comfortable. “Besides, it’d make that drink taste way better and be much more well earned so I can’t turn it down now with these in hand,” she adds quickly, lifting the bags as much as her strength would allow to make her point. “You girls live together in one dorm, right? A part of me misses a louder, more crowded place, I admit.”
