God damn, I haven't posted in a while—
In the spirit of sharing, I'm posting more projections onto Jason about food insecurities
I already talked about how he probably has an insecurity to drinks. Anything with a lid will never be completely drank, no matter how many drinks he has stockpiled
Now, I want to say he probably has something against hot liquids
Hot soups, hot drinks, just anything too warm. If it's enough to bring some kind of irritation to the skin if spilt, then he won't touch it
"Eat it or you'll wear it" seems like a phrase he's probably heard of a bunch, if food was made at all. Poured on him for disobedience, having to nurse burn wounds or skin irritations
Besides, he's gotten so used to his meals coming to him cold that he probably can't tolerate extreme temperatures
Alfred learns quickly to make cold tea and keep cold drinks around for the poor boy. Even if it hurts his poor English heart to make tea "wrong".
Ice tea exists for a reason
Chrono: see, one of my issues is that I can eat and entire packet of cookies in 15 minutes but I’m too lazy to go to the store to buy more, so to combat that I end up buying like, 7 packets at once to ‘stock up’ but then just end up eating them all just as fast because I have no self control and will eat until I throw up.
I want a Sam who after a bad nightmare is curled up, all alone, wanting his dad to come rock him to sleep. He wants his dad because nothing bad will happen in his arms, he’s watching over you so you can sleep.
maybe he doesn’t even remember a time where his dad had ever done that, maybe his dad never had. Maybe he’s confused because he’s been pushing his father away, maybe he’s managed to convince himself he hates his father. But right now all he wants is his dad.
He’s exhausted and he wants to sleep so bad but he’s too scared. It makes him cry, the kind of silent cry that makes you tense up all over, shiver, wears you out
It's always around this time of the year that she feels alone, and unmotivated. She sure doesn't want to be. She didn't like feeling this way on the month of a great holiday. She directs her gaze to the clock. How long has she been laying down?
...No matter. She should go make herself a hot drink, see if that helps.
Aizawa: I’m so tired…I took a nap earlier but I’ve..existed since then. So I think that negates the three hours I got.
Bangan?
Bangan take a holiday to Bangkok
They eat lots of delicious food, mostly street food (Rafael goes a little nuts and then feels guilty about all the weight he’ll gain while Trevor reassures him he’ll walk it off and that he loves his body)
They walk through markets looking at trinkets and knick-knacks, they buy a few things for their friends back home. Rafael complains about being hot and tired and Trevor threatens to carry him home, making Rafael hoot, his eyes crinkling, and he continues on with renewed energy, clutching onto Trevor’s T-shirt as Trevor winds an arm around his waist.
They get some new shirts and slacks tailored.
They visit a temple and pray for health, safety and continued happiness.
Every night, they go back to their hotel, exhausted but content, falling asleep after their shower(s?). The next morning, Trevor will wake up early to buy some food and bring it up to Rafael. They’ll eat together and then crowd back into bed to cuddle for a while, whispering their plans for the day into each other’s necks or shoulders.
On their last night, they have dinner on a cruise boat on the Chao Praya river. The boat is full of other people, mostly other tourists, the chatter evaporating into the heat surrounding them, but there’s romance in the air. They watch the lights sparkle on the river and let their fingers intertwine. They pass by the temple they had visited a previous day and reflect on their trip. They smile, knowing this is only the first of a lifetime of vacations for the two of them.
